food today...

pre-party
i started on a food-diary today wherein i note all my meals (what i ate and when), what i drink, when i get up and go to bed, if i do naps and what i did as exercise. so here's the food i ate today:


breakfast 8.15-8.30
2 buns with cheese and ½ liter of water

in between meal 9.38-9.40
a banana

lunch 11.20-11.25
yoghurt with "Fiber kost" (which contains 35% of fibres) and ½ liter of water

i took a nap so i skipped the 2nd in between meal

dinner (early dinner!)16.20-16.40
2 portions of porridge with sugar/cinnamon and a little bit of becel-butter and ½ liter of water.

i am eating the last popcorn tonight, so i'll pretend that's a 5th meal LOL

i wonder for how long i'll do this diary... the last time i did this it lasted for nearly a week until i just stopped making it. LOL

When I tried keeping a diary, I totally failed :D. With everything. Eating-wise, weight-wise, motivation-wise ... HOWEVER, I hope it will help you with your weight loss :)!!
